Project Submission Process/guidelines:

1. Upload your project files/folder to a cloud storage platform such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or any other similar service.

2. Generate a shareable link for your uploaded project:

  • Select the uploaded file or folder.
  • Click Get Link or Share.
  • Change the access permission to Anyone with the link (Viewer/download access is recommended unless otherwise specified).
  • Copy the shareable link.

3. Ensure that the shared link is accessible without requiring user authentication or login. Links that require permission requests or sign-in will not be accepted.

4. Visit https://designchampionship.in/.

5. Click Login and sign in using your Unique ID and Password issued after registration.

6. After logging in, navigate to the Project Submission tab.

7. Click Submit Project (available on the right-hand side of the page).

8. In the pop-up window, paste the shareable cloud storage link into the required field.

9. Click Submit, then click Yes to confirm your submission.

Important:

  • Before submitting, verify that your project link is accessible to Anyone with the link. If the jury cannot access your project due to restricted permissions, your submission will not be considered for evaluation.
  • Do not submit links that require user authentication, permission approval, or login credentials.

Registration Guidelines

TThe competition is open to students across INDIA, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES and KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA.

Age Criteria :

The Competition is divided into four levels.
- Beginner - 6-7 years (Born on or between August 1, 2018 and July 31, 2020)
- Junior - 8-10 years (Born on or between August 1, 2015 and July 31, 2018)
- Middle - 11–13 years (Born on or between August 1, 2012 and July 31, 2015)
- Senior - 14-16 years (Born on or between August 1, 2009 and July 31, 2012)


(Team Size: Individual Participant or Max. 5 Members)

Participants need to upload their identity proof or age proof at the time of registration.

- Registration is mandatory.

Age Proof is mandatory.
Under each category, only one design and one game from the same team are permitted.

Only teams that have submitted Completed projects will be considered for the shortlisting process.

After uploading your project and a 30–60 second video showcasing or explaining your final project to a cloud storage platform, log in to the Design Championship website and submit the corresponding project links before the submission deadline. For more details, please refer to the
category-specific guidelines in the Know More section.

After the project submission deadline, the project will not be accepted. All Teams are required to be available as per the given schedule for the jury round; otherwise, the teams will be disqualified from the Design Championship 2026. Projects received by email will not be accepted.

Project Guidelines

  • A theme for the Regional Round will be announced for each category via email, the Design Championship website, or official social media channels. Please ensure that the contact details provided during online registration are accurate.
  • Teams must upload their project to a cloud storage platform and then log in to the Design Championship website to submit the corresponding project link before the submission deadline.
  • Projects submitted via email will not be accepted.
  • The jury will evaluate all eligible submissions and shortlist the best projects from each category.
  • Shortlisted participants or teams will be notified via email. Before the event day, all shortlisted participants or teams must be available for the online jury evaluation as per the schedule communicated to them.
  • The Winner and Runner-up will be selected from each category. The Winner will qualify to represent their respective region at the DC 2026 Final Championship.
  • Participants may be required to demonstrate the originality of their design using any suitable supporting material or method. The decision of the jury shall be final and binding on all participants.

Submission Norms

  • Category of the project.
  • Title of the project.
  • The submitted entry must be an original idea created for the Design Championship. Participants must provide appropriate references or supporting material to validate originality.
  • A detailed presentation of the design or project must be submitted in PDF/Video format, covering the complete design process from start to finish. (Please refer to the category-specific guidelines.)
  • A 30–60 second short video of the final project must be submitted. (Mandatory)
  • It is recommended to also include a behind-the-scenes video showcasing the design process or project preparation on the day of the event. This video should not exceed 90 seconds.
  • If any copyrighted content is used, proper credits must be clearly mentioned.
  • The entry must not violate any copyright laws or any applicable terms and conditions.

Awards

The winner and runner-up teams at the Design Championship Final in each category will receive the following awards:

  • Winner and runner-up teams will receive a trophy and an E-Certificate of Achievement.
Regional Level Competition
  • Winner and runner-up teams will receive a trophy and an E-Certificate of Excellence.
Participation Certificate
  • All registered participants will receive an E-Certificate of Participation, which can be downloaded from their DC login after the championship.

Terms and Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, update, or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time, as deemed necessary. The Organizer shall have full authority regarding interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of Rules

Participation in the Design Championship 2026 implies full acceptance of these guidelines. Any violation of the rules may result in disqualification from the competition.
