Mr. Anand Dixit started his career in Advertising industry in 1983. He joined an advertising agency as a Media Executive. Since 1992 to 1993 his wife and himself, both have been running a design studio, mostly in print media.

Together with his wife, they created over 5500 pieces of art in the past 25 years, which averages to almost one piece of work per work day. These include most of the categories in print media, such as brochures, leaflets, corporate identity, designs for outdoor media, packaging designs, point of purchase materials, exhibition displays etc.

It was August 2007 his work and expertise was considered to be a member of World Wide Beta Testing Forum for CorelDRAW from the Corel Corporation. Anand has been on Advisory Counsil for CorelDRAW and is a Strategic Training Partner for India. He has been honored as CorelDRAW Master by Corel Corporation among eight world wide.

Born, brought up & educated in Mumbai, Chaitanya has had a multi-faceted career in Audit & Business Consulting, Event Management, Film & Media education & Digital Media with some time spent in amateur Journalism as well.

He has since, headed the Education businesses of Mukta Arts Ltd and, recently has been appointed as Vice President – Strategy & Finance, Mukta Arts Ltd as well.

Further, over the past 8 years, he has also acquired a deep understanding of the Media & Entertainment industry in the areas of Education, Film, TV, Animation & Digital Media.

He is an active speaker at seminars & conferences organized by FICCI, NASSCOMM, CII and ASSOCHAM speaking on multiple topics related to Education and the Film, Media & Entertainment industries.

Gauri is an Applied Arts graduate from Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Art, and has completed her Post Graduation in Visual Communication from NID. Armed with these prestigious degrees, Gauri has worked extensively in the fields of branding, packaging and communication design. She started her career with Elephant Design in 2006 and was soon promoted to the position of a senior designer, responsible for leading a team.
In 2009, Gauri went on to co-found Therefore Design and since then there has been no looking back! Gauri’s work spans many industries from FMCG to Healthcare and has worked with iconic brands like Haldirams, Godrej and Vadilal.
With almost a decade of experience in the field of design over a plethora of platforms, Gauri brings an arsenal of practical knowledge and skills to the table.

Mr. Vijay spearheaded as CEO of S16 Creative Labz and S16 Web & Graphic Designing School during 2007 – 2012. He took different path to pursue his interest as an Independent Film maker S16 FLICKS from 2012 till date. He has directed 8 short films and 4 music videos apart from few corporate films, documentaries and ad films to his credit.
He has won around 18 awards nationally for the films and few international nominations and screenings.
Mr. Vijay Anand is a B.E.CSE graduate from VLBJCET and has completed his M.B.A Marketing from Annamalai University 2012. He was awarded the “Young Entrepreneur of the Year” by Annamalai University in 2012.

Tejas is a Technical Director at Electronic Arts. He has been making games for over 9 years and programming for over 16 years. He has worked on multiple platforms including PC, Handheld, Web and Mobile, most recently contributing to the soon to be launched worldwide game Plants Vs Zombies Heroes. When not making games, enjoys playing them (ccg, rpg, moba, Settlers of Catan, Carcassonne, et al), reads a lot of books – business, engineering, urban fantasy. Believes that plans are just the beginning and solid execution is what separates the average form the great.

Lead Game Designer at GSN Games

Poornima has been part of the gaming industry since 2006 and has worked with some of the best names in the Indian gaming industry. She was the lead game designer for Bioshock mobile during her stint at Indiagames (now Disney India).

Poornima chose game design as her career completely out of her passion for games and translated that passion further with her entrepreneurial venture, Pinaka Interactive.

After her stint as lead game designer for educational MMOs at Knowledge Adventure (JumpStart), she is currently exploring the Social Casino scene at GSN (Game Show Network).

Owner (Hashstash)

Kinshuk started Hashstash in 2011 and led it to be one of the prominent indie game development companies in India.

As Hashstash, they released the critically acclaimed and award winning local multiplayer game – Circulets. The game was judged as the most innovative game at Casual Connect Asia 2013 and was placed third at the Best App Ever Android Awards 2014 (awarded by Steel Media; the game was ranked after Candy Crush Saga and Clash of Clans).

Following Circulets, the team released an innovative puzzle game – Huerons, in collaboration with Infinite Eurekas, that was published by the french publisher Bulkypix. Huerons was awarded the fourth place for Slide To Play’s (from the IndieDB group) Game of the Year.

They then self-published a challenging arcade platformer Splash Damage that was featured by Apple across Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Since then they have been working on a new original IP with an American publisher, which is a modern day reimagining of a classic board game.

Other than his adventures at Hashstash, he has been actively involved with the game development community in India, organising game jams and other community initiatives. Pratik Shah, has been into graphic design since 1994. Being inclined towards arts and drawing, he often expressed, his ideas in creative form. While pursuing graduation, he simultaneously started taking computer classes in graphic design and soon realized CorelDraw was the best avenue to achieve his goal. In 1998, he started his own company, Graphix. He also taught graphic design to scores of students over the years. Druhin has been in the games development industry for over 12 years. He has worked across the globe in UK, Belgium, Holland, USA on AAA titles for Xbox 360 and PS3. Seema has more than 15 yrs of industry experience in the areas of data centre performance, data analytics, wireless communication and networking. She worked as an Architect in Yahoo before she decided to pursue her interest in mobile game development. She started developing games about a year back and her recent game “Jhulo” was one of the finalists at PGC, Bangalore.

Aarti Gaur is an art director, technical game artist and a co-founder of Big Boot Games.She began her career at Disney India as simulation animator and R&D support, taking care of cloth and hair simulations. After leaving Disney India she worked for Shemaroo games where she worked as an animator and technical artist on side-scrolling platformer for Xbox Live. From there she moved on to work for Design unlimited where she created - 'custom art asset pipeline between Maya and unreal' and 'worked on shader creation techniques'. After her stint at design unlimited she started working independently. Monkonomix was the first game she released under the Big Boot Games banner. Currently the Big Boot Games team is working on METEORA - a Fast-paced Combat racing experience where players get to play as a METEOR.
The game is inspired by ancient space and classic racing games. She is involved in the project as a visual designer, creative lead and artist.
Aarti has a background in English Literature and History of indian Art & Architecture. Her current studies are towards shader development and optimisation

3D and Visual Effects Artist

Smayaan Marwah has been passionate about technology from a young age. He has been exploring the world of 3D Modelling since the 7th Grade. His passion for technology grew deeper in school and he was chosen as the President of the Bits 'n' Bytes Club of Modern School in 2020 which aims to spread technology related awareness and knowledge among youngsters and adults.

To develop his skills further and gain real-world experience, Smayaan Marwah worked as an intern in many prestigious companies. Winner of several inter-school and national level competitions, he has displayed excellent technology skills. Currently, he is a student at the Academy of Art University in San Fransico, California and works as a freelancer alongside college.

Since 1999, Mr. Samit Shetty started his career in Animation & Visual Effects for Films & TV Commercials. He worked on 3D software’s and eventually on job, explored different other products used for Visual Effects. As a Visual Effects Supervisor, he worked on many big budget films & commercials.

Mr. Samit wanted to share his knowledge further to the new upcoming talents & hence started teaching in various Animation & VFX schools helping to create fresh new talents for the industry.

Amit is a Design Manager with the ambition to make ideas into reality. Along with being a qualified Mechanical Engineer, he holds a Masters in Product Design and Management. Amit has rich experience working on various projects in Engineering, Product Design, Transportation Design and Medical Product Design.

Amit aims to bridge the gap between Design and Engineering, using his experience he helps designers to understand the engineering constraints to allow them to create ideas which are not just inspiring but are market ready. He also has extensive experience in 3D CAD modeling and enjoys working 3D printing technologies.

He also has great passion for sustainable product development and has been consulting numerous companies for more than four year to help them reduce their carbon footprint.

His own venture called ‘PlusONE Initiative’ works in up-cycling of non-recyclable material. PlusOne is giving a new lease on life for a discarded material, while making a colorful impact on the society and the planet for a better tomorrow. PlusONE recently was acknowledged with an ‘Entrepreneurial Award’ by the British Council.

Outside design, Amit is a wildlife enthusiast and has great passion for outdoor sports like trekking, climbing and hiking. On weekends, he loves to take his bike and explore different places, meeting new people and understand different cultures.

Veteran Game designer and half programmer turned Creative Director and CEO with only one goal, make the best games possible. He excels in both technical design, design and production management.
Using both his managerial and design skills he can easily switch from a creative director position to a Studio manager position to ensure the best quality for the game. With more than 16 years of experience in game development and video games, he can adapt any project’s size and scope.

Karan is a Games designer and developer. He also excels in Web designing. He combined these skills to make 5 mins to kick off, a FantasyFootball Game. Recently, Karan co-developed a Fantasy IPL game as well.

Mehar Zariwala describes herself as a creative design enthusiast and learning evangelist. Fortunate to have spent the last 15 years in the space of learning and development she has been the chief content developer for Institute of Experiential Learning, an institute dedicated to the cause of hands on learning, an outdoor and wilderness facilitator with Wind Chazers an organization she started at the age of 24 and champion of learner – centric environments in everyday life.

She believes that learning can never be restricted to within classroom walls, promoting the concept of lifelong experiential learning through her work and her life.

Assad Dadan is the entrepreneur behind the culinary induced digital venture ‘Medium & Rare’ that specializes in Food Photography and produces food & travel web-series ‘ I Was Here ’. Prior to starting Medium & Rare, Assad has worked in the 3D and Visual Effects industry for eight years, from starting his career as a background design artist to leading an animation studio specializing in Blender.

Thomas is a trained transportation designer from Institute Superieur de Design ISD -France where he graduated best overall in 1999. Thomas is also a master graduate from Ecole d'architecture de Paris La Villette, specialisation Naval architecture in 2006 After working 10 years as design manager in the car industry, developing projects for mostly all the European car makers, Thomas re-orient its career towards education by starting from scratch the Well known DSK-Rubika school of design in 2008.
In 2011, Thomas quit DSK-Rubika to go back to France and start working for Decathlon as Head of design and Innovation from 2011. In 2017, Dominique Sciamma, head of Strate school of design Paris approached Thomas to offer him to open and head the Asian branch of Strate school of design in Bangalore.
Driven by challenge and understanding that the future of our world depend on education, Thomas jumped on the occasion to come back to India and to Education in order to be a "designer of designer" and set up one of the best design school of INDIA : Strate school of Design Bangalore.

Ramesh Manickam an alumnus of IIT Delhi with specialization in Industrial Design is the founder and CEO of Centroid Design, providing services in new product design and development. He was also instrumental in starting the Design studio at Royal Enfield and designing the Legendary Thunderbird Motorcycle.

He started Centroid in 2005, with a passion to do good design and vision to make a mark in the Design field creating an Indian Identity in Product Design. With over 20 years of experience in designing over 400 products ranging from Tractors to pens in the automotive, heavy and light engineering, consumer durables, electronics and FMCG segments is now concentrating his activities on universal design.

Ramesh was the National finalist and represented India in the International Young Design Entrepreneur of the year 2006 in London, award conducted by British Council to nurture design entrepreneurship.

The product Halo Life Cell, a mobile security device designed at Centroid won the Communication product of the year at IFSEC Security Industry Awards 2008, that took place in Birmingham, UK. The product “Namma Toilet”, a public / community toilet designed by Ramesh for Commissioner of Municipal Administration, Government of Tamil Nadu was launched in February 2013 and in 2015 – Prime Minister announced the Namma toilet as a reference design to be implemented all over India under Swatch Bharat Scheme. The Wheel loader designed for L&T won the India Design Mark Award in 2014.

Ramesh is a TED fellow and was part of the TED India event held at Mysore in 2009. TED brings together the world’s most fascinating thinkers and doers, to share ideas worth spreading. He is an avid speaker on design, innovation and entrepreneurship.
A visiting faculty at MIDAS – Architecture College in Marg Swarnaboomi and also motivating student entrepreneurs as a part of NEN – Entrepreneurship programs. He was a jury member at India Design Mark Award, 2015.

Head of Product Design at Strate School of Design

Mandar Kale holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Pune and a Masters degree in Industrial Design from IDC IIT Bombay and has a varied experience of more than 10 years in the fields of industrial design and design education. He has worked on a range of projects, from medical solutions to public sector transport, from consumer products to visual development scenarios. Currently he leads the foundation studies at Rubika ISD, hosted on the DSK International campus, Pune.

A keen observer by nature, design for him is a juggling act of creation, communication and implementation, with user emotion at the core of all activities.
He is passionate about sharing his experiences, and mentoring designers in the making. His focus areas are design methodology, creative ideation, and mentoring across domains. When not at his desk sketching, he can be found reading science fiction or photographing the sky!

Head of Studies / Principal ( SUPINFOGAME RUBIKA – DSK International Campus)

He is an accomplished Senior Executive with over 20 years of experience in managing internal development team, executive production and publishing lineup direction. He started working for INFOGRAMES/ATARI as computer engineer on Amiga and Atari consoles in 1989 then produced famous titles like Alone in the Dark, Prisoner of Ice or Heart of Darkness. He has a strong experience in producing video games based on European and International movie and cartoon licenses like the Looney Tunes or Superman. He then created a company called ELEKTROGAMES based on a new business model inspired by the movie industry.

He joined SUPINFOGAME RUBIKA INDIA in 2011 as a passion to share his experience to fresher students as future industry players.

A game designer by profession, Soumalaya’s tryst with video games began at a very early stage when he delightfully received a Nintendo gaming console as birthday gift when he was in the 4th standard.

Lino Stephen Peter has profound experience in performance capture motion picture and entertainment field. He is also a founder and CEO of Centaur Digital Studio which does game art outsource, Virtual reality contents for ride films and 3d scanning for video games, music videos and movies. His past experience includes executing technology pipeline for Kochadaiyaan 3d film as a Technical director and vfx 3d technical director for The Robot, Kuselan etc.

Facial Animation Consultant

Hari started his career as a VFX supervisor. He has contributed to many international ad campaigns such as Volkswagen Passat, Sony Ericsson W550i, Mazda, Chang Beer, Neo Sports commercial & Air Force Pakistan. He also worked as a facial animation consultant for Image Metrics & Counter Punch Studios & worked with them in Dhoom-3.

He is currently working as facial animation consultant for Vishwaroopam 2 as well as directing the animation feature film in Hollywood titled “Woolfell” – where the look and feel is inspired from games.

He also heads the creatives, look & feel, and game level design for the mobile based 3D games: Super Dodger & GCC Racing.

Technical Lead

Mr. Marappan an energitic and young graphic lead in the industry
with more than 6 years of experience. In this short term he was
involved in multiple 2d & 3d interactive e-learning application for
both desktop and web.

His team successfully launched an e-greeting web application and it
yet to get fame. He has hands on experience in designing logos,
corporate identity, advertisements, sales collaterals, catalogs,
client presentations, newsletters, etc.

He is also interested in developing single page applications using
scripting languages. He is also playing a role of technical lead in
his current concern.

Rajat Ojha is CEO of The Awesome Game Studio and Games4. Rajat Ojha has been making games for last 20 years and worked on earliest days of cross platform gaming. Rajat has worked in multicultural teams with UBISoft, Toshiba, NTT and various global companies in past. Recently Rajat partnered to roll out world’s first video game theme park in Dubai called Hub Zero and working on the next one in Sydney. TAGS has a team of creators from Age of Empire, Command & Conquer, Star Wars series games, Tomb Raider and many more.

Alumni (National Institute of Design)

Gayatri Kodikal works with moving image, sound and game worlds, with a foundation in psychology and cinema. She is an alumni of National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad and later dabbled in film preservation. Her research and inquiry into breaking anthropological concepts of time, memory, decay and storytelling have led her to make works on stories that come from the sea and the people and beings who inhabit them.

Her documentaries and films that have been screened at various international festivals, later morphed into creating game worlds and game concepts. She has been an artist in residence at the first Game residency at Khoj International Artists Association where she made the video game TTH:ALDAS.

She is currently working on an interactive installation that is a board game – film hybrid about the true story of a 17th century Georgian Queen’s hand which arrived from the sea and is within the ruins of the Island of Velha Goa. The project is called The Travelling Hand. This project is made possible by a grant from India Foundation for the Arts with support from Tata Steel. She is interested in cooperative games, how stories take form within game structures and how unique game worlds emerge.
